This release is mainly a performance and logging update which improves both the performance, service level and uptime, and how we track errors inside the app.

  • When the terms and conditions are updated you will now be asked to agree to them on next login.
  • There are now some basic reporting of property types and statuses in your account we will extend these reports throughout the 0.8 branch.
  • Performance increases to the api and backend databases.
  • RETS Integration UI now displays import progress while running.
  • Streamlined several parts of the RETS import process to improve import throughput.
  • Increased the limit on number of properties imported per query from 200,000 to 1,500,000 to allow importing of off market data for statewide MLS systems.
  • Fixed a bug in RETS Transformations causing transformations not to be applied correctly for some RETS servers.
  • Added a ribbon to the property view screen showing the listings current status.
  • Fixed a bug causing Property resources and classes to be duplicated on Metadata update.
  • Changed the way the Primary and Secondary colors are used to build the color scheme when the secondary color is darker than the primary.

The Open House Update

  • Updated RETS Import Configuration screen to allow the import of Open Houses.
  • Updated Property View Screen to allow viewing open houses.
  • Allow adding of Open Houses via Property View screen.
  • Updated RETS importers to import open houses as per the RETS Query configuration.

  • Updated the RETS Importers to allow the definition of sub queries via the web UI that can be used to include data in additional RETS resources that is linked from the resource primarily being queried. i.e To query the Agent and Office Resources and obtain Agent and Office information about a property listing.

  • Updated the RETS Import, RETS Metadata workers to support RETS Servers serving content over SSL.
  • Fixed New Source link in when viewing Integration Center > RETS Imports
  • Refreshed the Add/Edit RETS Query pages to use tabs
  • Added Custom URL Photo Retrieval Method for building custom property photo URL’s (Documentation to be written)
